    Who we are:

    We are adding a new company to our growing enterprise at the Matrix Education Group. Achieve Academy is looking for a Marketing and Social Media Associate who knows how to convey stories and reach customers. Achieve Academy is focused on supporting high school students in their academic journeys while helping them position themselves to attend the colleges of their dreams.

    -This position does not support any type of US citizen sponsorship, you must be able to work for any employer in the US.

    Marketing (What you will do):

    Develop and implement a marketing strategy to increase enrollment and community engagement

    Manage website content, email communications, and social media platforms

    Create digital and print marketing materials, newsletters, and promotional campaigns

    Partner with school leadership to promote school values, achievements, and events to internal and external audiences

    Technical & Digital Skills (What you will bring):

    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): On-page, off-page, keyword research, content optimization

    • Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC): Google Ads, Bing Ads

    • Social Media Marketing: Content planning, engagement, analytics (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, rednote)

    • Email Marketing: Campaign setup, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing

    • Content Marketing: Copywriting, blogging, CMS (WordPress, Squarespace), and storytelling

    • Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Meta Insights, Excel

    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Test Prep Instructor to join our dynamic teaching team. In this role, you will teach and support students preparing for the SAT, ISEE, and SSAT exams through engaging lessons and individualized instruction. You’ll plan and implement targeted curriculum and materials that strengthen reading comprehension, writing, and verbal, reasoning skills. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, assignments, and assessments, while employing a variety of instructional strategies to promote learning, confidence, and test-taking success.


    Primary Responsibilities:

     

    • Teach and guide students in English language concepts, reading comprehension, writing, and verbal reasoning to prepare for the SAT, ISEE and SSAT exams

    • Develop and implement lesson plans, practice materials, and assessments tailored to individual student needs and learning goals
