This website is intended for parents, guardians, and students. Students under 18 should use the website with a parent or guardian's involvement. Enrollment, payments, and agreements must be completed by a parent, guardian, or an adult student.
2. Information about our programs
The website describes our programs, including test preparation, academic enrichment, research and competition coaching, and academic support. Program descriptions, schedules, availability, instructors, and pricing may change without notice. Content on the website is general information and is not a contract. Your enrollment terms are set out in the separate enrollment agreement and our Student & Family Policies.
3. No guarantee of results
Academic outcomes depend on many factors, including a student's effort, attendance, starting level, and circumstances outside our control. Achieve Academy does not guarantee any specific test score, grade, class placement, competition award, publication, or college admission result. Examples, statistics, and student stories on the website describe individual or past experiences and do not promise similar results.
4. Not a substitute for school or professional services
Our services supplement a student's school education. We are not a school, an accredited degree-granting institution, or a provider of legal, medical, or psychological advice. Test names such as SAT, ACT, and AP are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those organizations.
5. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, program names, lesson materials, and design, belongs to Achieve Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish website content or use it commercially without our written permission.
